After naming the competition, ADPR worked closely with the marine media to generate coverage of the press materials we had created for Funding the Future, in order to maximise the amount of entries. Following ongoing media relations activity, ADPR generated positive press coverage around the competition and achieved a strong number of club entries.
The winner was announced at a Sunsail’s media event at London Boat Show, for which ADPR invited marine journalists and handled the media side of the event – generating coverage, ensuring attendees were there and capturing material for a post-show round-up.
